Brief: Maximise asset value and acquire new audiences as media consumption patterns evolve.
Outcome: The first thing we did was establish a Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results (SOAR) analysis to outline a desired syndication strategy. This led to metrics-driven recommendations for content syndication partners in 10 target territories. We then proposed an RFP to select the partners and concluded by designing an analytics environment to ensure ongoing benchmarking of performance.
