Nokia loses even more of its US foothold in Quarter Two with a 6% quarter-on-quarter drop in North American market, according to IDC.
Nokia's share of the U.S. handset market has fallen in the past three years from almost 20% to less than 8%.
So it's just as well that the Finnish manufacturing giant still holds 38% of the total global handset market as well as 40% of the global smartphone market.
